What rhetorical strategies does Queen Elizabeth make that help convey her message?  What persona does she create for herself, and how does that achieve her purpose?

Then read “Blood, Toil, Tears, and Sweat,” and describe the tone of the speech by using two adjectives or an adjective and an adverb.
